The Panchen Lama was 6 years old when he and his parents were kidnapped
from their home in Tibet by the Chinese government. He is the world's
youngest political prisoner and he has been missing for over 4 years.
This is just one of the many human rights abuses that have occurred
and are ongoing in Tibet right now.
Don is personally
involved in fundraising for the Canada
Tibet Committee.

Anti-racism and Native Rights issues have always taken a priority
for Iron Buffalo. His heart is grieved by the myriad of abuses he
has both experienced and seen committed against the People, such
as those surrounding the imprisonment of Leonard Peltier,
an American
Indian Artist, Author & Humanitarian.
The painting
